"Transfer from betamax tape to MP4 format"

Website order very straight forward, postage label printed and cassette sent. Email received informing that the cassette has arrived and when ready a payment request email will be sent with payment details. As soon as payment was made, received an email saying that finished product been dispatched by sign for trackable delivery.
Very efficient, reliable and professional prompt service. Why can’t we get such service everywhere!!!!!
