"Ordered a pair of shorts and got …"

Ordered a pair of shorts and got exactly the model I purchased. After not having received anything for 7 days I sent them an email. The package was delivered the day after. Now 5 days later I still haven't received a reply to my email. All in all a good experience, but customer service should be more attentive.

"SCAM ALERT!!"

SCAM ALERT!!! - Militaryops.co.uk Are Fraudsters!!!
I dealt with this company back in Nov 2016. They sent me the wrong order, which I returned using international post at my expense. I have requesting the correct item to be sent however it is now over 6 months and still nothing!!

I have send numerous emails and even phoned them as they were not replying to my emails - I have since requested a full refund and they have gone totally silent on me. It is clear that they simply want to keep my hard earned money and have no intention of sending my order or returning my money.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!

"Atrocious and arrogant customer services"

I had a relatively inexpensive item purchased from this company break. The fault was clearly a manufacturing defect, which has been widely reported by others. Upon contacting CS they refused to refund or replace the item even though this contradicts what's written on their own T&Cs.

"If the goods MilitaryOps delivers to you are not as ordered, of incorrect quantity or have amanufacturing fault, we will replace the damaged or defective products or if replacement goods are not available, we will issue a full refund.".

They took very little interest in the matter and as such they've now lost a customer and I urge others not to bother shopping with them also.

"NO REFUND & UNABLE TO CONTACT!!!"

My stepson ordered a pair of shorts for £25 in XL in July for his dad as a gift (at the time there was no sizing for shorts in particular on line). They were too small. I returned them with a letter asking for a specific size. I received a response saying they did not have this in stock and would send on when stock was in. Despite 2 months passing and no replacement I telephoned several times but with no answer - I emailed numerous times also requesting a refund with NO RESPONSE! I am not letting this rest - why should this company keep £25 and the item?!. I have demanded an immediate refund to be received by 24th November failing which I would leave negative feedback. I have still not had the courtesy of a response and feel that 2 months is a long time to wait.. Moral of the story - ORDER AT YOUR OWN PERIL - IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR ITEM LOOKS LIKE YOUR STUCK WITH IT!

"Cheap copy advertised as "Genuine Issue""

I ordered a rucksack which was advertised as "Genuine Issue" and made in the UK. What I got was a cheap copy. Wouldn't trust these guys again.

"Company simply ignores CCRs and Sale of goods act."

I think the negative feedback score of 75% for this company speaks volumes in its self.

I purchased a backpack via ebay. The item arrived after some time. Upon inspection the item was found to be faulty and was returned as such after following the ebay returns procedure which establishes the reason for return, notifies the seller and gets them to authorise the return. I was duly told to return the item which I did at my expense. Knowing the Consumer Contracts Regulations (CCRs) ensure as the item was fault I was entitled to a refund of the postage cost.

In addition MilitaryOps does not provide the information that is required by the Consumer Contracts Regulations when the sale was made.

I did receive the refund for the item, but they resolutely refuse to refund the postage cost. Their attitude in dealing with you is reprehensible and their disregard of the CCRs unbelievable.

I have subsequently spoken with Trading Standards and followed their advice. Just issued small claim for £3.90.

Company position has been that they don't follow the ebay procedures and they would have provided a return sticker. NO packaging materials and I would have to deliver the item to a collection point.

Company won't even refund the cost they would have incurred using their own carrier had I not returned the item using Royal Mail, second class signed for.

AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COSTS!

"Response time incredibly poor"

I really would not recommend using this company. I ordered a pair of boots on 11th March it then took 6 days for them to tell me that they had accepted the order in error and the boots were out of stock. I was offered a refund or told I would be sent a pair of boots if I waited 1-2 weeks. I told them I didn't mind waiting but that if it was much longer than this I'd have to take the refund.

After 2 weeks I emailed asking what had happened to my order and didn't receive a response. Finally on 8th April (nearly 4 weeks after my initial order) I asked for a refund. I didn't receive a response so I sent a follow up email 10th April. Now on 15th April when I was seriously considering what action to take as I thought I wasn't going to get my money back I've finally a response offering my refund. This is nearly a month without any contact from the company despite 3 emails from myself. This is quite frankly unacceptable and I won't use this comany again.

"Stay away from this seller"

I bought a pair of used Goretex waterproof boots but in very good condition at their ebay store. I asked a questions before purchase about the condition and the seller persuaded me that everything will be fine.
I got a total trash - boots are ripped, out sole is 99% warned.
I contacted seller and he asked to send boots back promising not only refund cost but pay for shipping back. Of course I did not receive neither refund and shipping cost and since that Militaryops is ignoring all my messages and email.
Stay away from this seller - they are ripping off their customers

"Military Ops - As dishonest a company as you can get ..."

I purchased an item from military ops on ebay. The item came but was not as described. I won't bore you with the item details. But suffice to say this company agreed to provide me with a refund if I sent the item back to them. I did so and then guess what they didn't refund my money. It was only a tenner so no big deal but it was the principle. Worth knowing is that this company if there is a problem with an order on ebay and knowing they may get 'negative feedback' will avoid it by stringing you along for 60 days until you cannot leave feedback as the time limit to do so on ebay elapses at this point. Once you hit 60 days they know you can't tell it like it is and then simply ignore you. These guys are more like dishonest travellers ripping off old ladies with shoddy workmanship than proper business type folk. I am very surprised with the amount of people they have ripped off many of them serving soldiers from the feedback comments left (over 60 negative replies in the last month alone on ebay) that someone hasn't rocked up at their business premises in Manchester and burnt it to the ground .... with them in it. If you are thinking of buying from these guys I would urge you to not. You may get lucky and get what you are after but rest assured people if you don't you won't get a refund but a lengthy runaround .......

"Con Masters. Watch out!"

I bought a pair of German military grade1 boots from the Ebay store. What I got was appalling. I received an absolute trash that I would normally put in a bin without a second thought. I opened EBay case for a refund. The business owner talked me into upgrading, for some additional money, to a super grade boots. Believing his good intentions I paid the extra on top of the initial price. When the boots eventually arrived they turned out to be a wrong size. Since then the communication had turned from a "difficult"one to a "painfully difficult"one. Many emails later he agreed to swap the boots for the equivalent of a different size. Another wait...At this stage the dispute case had expired (over 30 days). Now the communication stopped altogether. Few days later, out of the blue, a part refund appeared on my PayPal account. No explanations given whatsoever. Why didn’t he keep to his agreement of sending me the replacement goods and why part and not the full refund was made? Only he knows. I send more emails, pleaded , made a phone call (under pressure he said he would respond to my next email at once. As if he hadn't received a dozen by then) - NOTHING! I send more emails...not a blink!!! I don’t believe he needed the money, not at all. He was just having fun playing his little games and getting a kick out of the situations he could cheekily get away with. All well calculated. By doing his trickeries he shows complete disregard and ignorance to his customers, IMHO. The harder you try the more indifferent he becomes. What an unpleasant persona? Go somewhere else if you want to spend your hard earned cash. Don’t feed the CON-MAN. I’m off to ask Pay Pal to look into it. And moreover, with this SHOUT LOUD opportunity I wil have the satisfaction of wiping his triumphal smirk off his face regardless of win or loose. I have made a stance - money well spent.
-----------------
After a short deliberation PayPal refunded all the money. Good! The unscrupulous seller gained no more than several negative feedbacks. Serves him right!
