"Excellent"

Was initially worried when I saw that they were not in the UK and after reading some of the reviews, however they not only had the product that I could not find in the UK or my vets but the price was very competitive. Their communication was fast and helpful as was the delivery.

"Not delivered no response to emails"

I ordered cat food over a week ago Order number: 6568665 it has not been delivered. I have called different days and times, but the message states not taking calls (why have a phone number?) I have emailed but no response. Please can someone from the company respond.

"Misleading website!!! Not for Scots!"

Just made a £113 order after seeing "free delivery" on orders over £59. I was charged £4 for living in "a remote area" - called to discover all Scotland and N. Ireland considered remote. I'll make sure never to order from this company again!
