"As yet I have not received my order"

As yet I have not received my order. This is absolutely not acceptable. I thought I was ordering from. Ireland which should take a couple of days????? I will DEFINITELY not be using your company again. Ordered on 20th November and today is 30th November and nothing not even an email with an explanation of the delay!
