I contacted Capital Repairs UK from Australia. I was facing having to replace my whole fridge because no repair person here could get a part from Sharp UK, who refused to send us one with no explanation (or Sharp Australia).

In a last ditch effort, I contacted Capital Repairs. Michael Pearce provided an amazing service. My request was, after all, quite unusual, and I knew absolutely nothing about fridges and provided what were probably really stupid answers to his simple questions - but he maintained his patience with me and was nothing but helpful.

"My microwave and dishwasher"

My 18 year old microwave stopped working plus my 18 year old semi integrated dishwasher needed replacing. Capital Repairs told me that I didn’t need to buy a new microwave but they would repair it. So they took it away to their repair shop and mended it and it’s now working beautifully. In addition, Franco Mostert was extremely helpful from Capital Repairs in helping me choose a new dishwasher. A couple of days later x2 engineers from Capital Repairs took away my old dishwasher and replaced it with the new appliance. All very efficient and helpful. Thank you!

The engineer arrived as I received the text message saying he was arriving soon. I was told I would receive a text giving me an idea of arrival time so would have appreciated more than 1 minute’s notice! Luckily I was just returning from walking my dogs so met him at the door.
He proceeded with the job without any greeting or discussion of the issue. The job was completed but he lacked any basic customer facing skills. Limited eye contact and monosyllabic replies to anything I said.
Please work on your customer skills!

My fridge was making a lot of noise then I have to contact capital to send me an engineer which was quite quick then after that I waited for part to arrive.
After a couple of days I have been contacted by capital that they’ve got the part and they booked an engineer again to fix it absolutely free.
The same engineer came and fixed my fridge at present I’m very happy.
They are very flexible, helpful and professional thank you very much for the work has been done in future I will definitely use them again also Ofer them to my friends.
Also a special thank you to the engineer that came he was absolutely fantastic and professional.
