I suffered badly with panic attacks and anxiety during the first lockdown in 2020 and I happened to find Kieran who specialises in anxiety. We had a chat on the phone to start with so she could understand how I was feeling. We quickly organised an online consultation and as a result she prescribed me some remedies which have helped me immensely to keep my mood and anxiety under control.
