Received sun glasses that were too big. Contacted Bex to return them. I was told I would receive a call back and a return envelope in the mail, but did not receive either. Been trying to get ahold of someone since. I have left messages and emails but have not gotten a response.

Bought a pair had them 4 months and the frame on the ear piece broke called customer service and emailed them but all I could get them to do is offer a discount on a new pair there is a 2 year warranty on them but they dont stand by that warranty when you look them up it says the frame is break resistant with memory spring technology well they do break and the warranty is not there they should just go a head and say we will discount your next pair if they break because of the materials we use
