I received my order on a rainy day and wasn't at home to take it in. Some product got wet and damaged. I contacted the company and this was sorted out. Might be better to use waterproof packaging.

This is my first time to order from Eurologs. The ordering process was easy and very timely delivery. However, full pallets need to be wrapped more strongly to prevent breaking of cellophane near to end of pallet to prevent it breaking and the top boxes being distributed over the delivery truck, with a few boxes breaking open. It will be winter before I will use the logs, only then will I be able to comment on the product and if the logs live up to the description on the website.
