I received my order within 48 hours! Incredible customer service. Also they always send samples with the order allowing me to try new products. The latest one I will definitely be purchasing in the future.

I had such a great experience shopping with JOVEEN. Customer service was actually surprisingly delightful for once a company that was pleasant. The lady who works for the company went above and beyond to introduce me to new products from the brand I am interested in. I was overwhelmed when my delivery arrived with a lovely extra printed email from the lady saying welcome, thank you for shopping with us and here is the request of product samples which they don’t usually just send. It was very much a welcoming grateful reply and plentiful with samples to introduce me to other products from the brand I love. A company that actually goes above and beyond will always be one I’m so grateful for so thank you for not just talking my money and for actually providing a delightful shopping experience.
