Not a great experience with this company as they've sent me a pack of cartridges that was open and perforated. Not only I had to send it back and pay the postage money out of my own pocket, but they never refunded me for the postage nor did they sent a replacement even though I specifically asked for a replacement instead of a refund.

My review is not spam and I will post it also on trust pilot including all the above and below so that you can see that is a genuine review and also so that what you Sayed that is posted on numerous websites will apply as it will be on google and trust pilot
You Raised the price for gloves and other items like masks and so one if you want the full list ill post it here by 300% up to 400% more during the lockdown even when the actual supplyers did not rise their prices and even now after 2 lockdowns finished your prices for the gloves are steel 300% higher that they were before the lockdown so my review is not spam and maybe due to your comment I might report you to trading standards so that maybe will help you to be more professional when responding to customers.
Also I have bought from you in the past but judging by your unprofessional response to this review I will stop buying from you in the future.
I’m not going to give you publicly order numbers or invoice numbers but if you want I can do that in private.
Also as you can see this is not my first review on google and not my last so calling it spam it does not really help your business to seem more reputable and more professional actually does the contrary and if you wish to ad more comments feel free as I will definitely respond to your comments respond and maybe some screenshots with the high prices, etc.
Your response would have been more professional if you maybe commented in a different manner maybe explaining a possible reason to triple the prices and that maybe have made me change my rating and avoided me posting it on other platforms not only on Google so this way your comment that was posted on multiple sites is now true.
