Prior to placing the order, I wanted to speak to someone as i was not sure if the lamp was the correct one. I tried the telephone number on your website several times but it would not connect me, it said you do not take calls from my location!! what on earth does that mean.

Fortunately, I had chosen the correct one. However, I would rather have had the reassurance.
