I ordered spotlights and had a slight glitch with the online order - I didn't receive any confirmation of payment going through and ended up putting the order in twice. On realising this, I contacted Tesshop. They couldn't have been more helpful, communicating both by phone and email. My order was dispatched promptly and my overpayment was immediately refunded. Super service, great prices, highly recommend.
