Jade was such a fantastic host she really held the group together giving us all her encouragement passion and dedication.

Everyone felt welcomed and at ease, there was always a sense of inclusivity and affirmation, it didn't matter if we were sharing positive or negative experiances she always led with honesty compassion and genuine curiosity.

It was a real privallege to work with Jade I would recommend her to everyone.

I was fairly nervous going as I would consider myself very introvert and not one to air my emotions, a bit of a hermit with social anxieties. Upon arrival, Jade was very friendly and warm and I felt very welcome. I found myself naturally opening up and a safe place to share my problems with no judgement. I was worried I would have to speak but there was no expectation and I felt myself naturally opening up with like -minded women. I loved the music and spending time planting intention seeds in the garden. I left with a huge smile on my face, feeling very uplifted and lighter...and above all normal! I would highly recommended!

Jade has a beautiful welcoming holding presence, I felt very safe, loved and heard in the mentoring sessions and free to truly express myself. It is such a gift to be given the space and guidance to increase my body awareness. I really enjoyed our vibrant body movement session and releasing a wintery feeling and pent up muscle and emotional tension. It completely energised me for the rest of the day. Jade is incredibly creative and I love the way she uses different modalities to increase my awareness of self to always come back to the loving truth of who I am in this world. When I met Jade, I had no idea at the time what a powerful impact she would have on my life, but I felt I could trust her. I took part in 12-weeks course led by Jade and this course helped me a lot to find myself in all aspects of life - in the awareness of being myself, self-esteem, but also in building the environment in which I live. Jade is a person with attentive listening, patience and respect, she motivates to act and can finds many solutions to various problems and aspects of life. I felt very supported by her through my changing process. This experience helped me rediscover my creative potential and bring it to life. I am very grateful for this experience.
