"All they care about - your money."

Placed an order on January 29. Been told that my order will be delivered between February 4-7. Okay, fine with me. Waiting. On Februry 8 on Amazon site tracking my order and find this message - "Delivery attempted 4 February. Unfortunately, DHL ran into an issue when attempting your delivery. They will try again." And that's it. Nothing more. No phone calls, no messages. How simple is it - just blame that nobody was home and you'll be okay. Nobody cares that it is an absolute lie.
And the seller doesn't give a shit because they take your money once you placed your order. And now it is up to you how you going to deal with undelivered package and get you money back when you ask for a refund. It is now your headace and your problem. When I tried to contact the seller (on Amason site - this is only way to contact the seller) they told me contact DHL and scedule a new delivery time. Really? So all you do is just taking money? I paid for the item and for a delivery, that what is my obligation. To deliver the paid product to my front door is your obligation. So if don't like it then get off the Amazon website.
