Trying to provide ID documents is near impossible, they only accept digital versions of proof of address, I prefer my documents to be in paper form but they don't even accept scanned copies. Gave up in the end.

*Edit* The reply you gave was irrelevant, I also tried submitting scanned documents and you don't accept them (please read my review properly). There is also no way to submit a passport as a secondary ID after you have used your driver's licence.
