They kept me updated of the progress of my order and even offered to hold onto it as it arrived much earlier than expected.

We had a fantastic experience with excellent service. The staff were friendly and helpful in assisting us with the purchase of our sofas and carpet. The delivery team was very professional, which made the entire process even better. It was really helpful that they gave us a time-slot for delivery, instead of having to wait in all day! Would definitely buy from here again.

Though there is a slight problem with one sofa ie: something sharp pushing out on the front plinth I still give a 5 star as it has been dealt with and a technician arranged to rectify the problem next week.

Firstly, the item itself is fine and as expected. This reviews 1 star is purely for the delivery time. I ordered a small dressing table on 30th September 2024. I received my dressing table today 3rd February 2025. Let that speak for itself.
The table was on preorder, so that's fine, the website said that can take a good number of weeks. I expected a month or two wait. Other than the confirmation email from 30th September I had zero emails or communications to tell me where my order was or how long left I had to wait. Zero.
Around late-October I contacted their customer service asking for an order update. I was told to expect my order processed early December. Early December came and went and I messaged them again. Now it was to be processed before Christmas but won't be ready to be delivered until early January. I expressed my skepticism but they reassured me and promised it would be with me early January. You can probably guess where this is going!
Early January came and I finally received a text from the couriers saying it would be delivered on 10th January. Though this was a vague text stating the courier and delivery day and an order number which I couldn't find on my confirmation email so I didn't know for sure if it was relating to this order or not (I just moved house and was ordering a lot of things). I consider this mid-January also, not early January (they made it out to be expected almost straight away after Christmas) but I'd finally be receiving it so I didn't care anymore.
10th January arrives and oh, I receive an update text from the courier saying they will be unable to deliver today because they haven't even received my order yet at the depot. Amazing. I email customer support once again. We are fast becoming good friends! They tell me there were delays before Christmas due to the storms we had here in the southwest. That's somewhat fair. The storms would interfere with shipping but they lasted at most a few days and doesn't justify months of delays. They also denied the original text was from their courier. They later corrected themselves but it shows they don't really know what's going on!
Mid-January, and a stream of postpone texts from the courier later, one telling me to expect delivery on 22nd January, then a day later it updates to the 23rd, then to the 27th. The 27th rolls around, and surprisingly (sarcasm) I receive an update text saying they still. haven't. even. received. my order. at the depot. yet.
I'm starting to lose hope. Maybe my order is being carried across the oceans by mermaids and fish or maybe it's been carried by ants or maybe it's being made from oak trees from another world. My husband is asking me to check I haven't been scammed. Customer service email is now automatically being suggested by my phone because I'm emailing them so much. I'm starting to lose hope I'll ever receive my small little wooden dressing table...
Anyway. I email customer support again. Keeping in mind I still have no official emails since the confirmation email on 30th September LAST YEAR. The customer service people were very nice and helpful though and always responded quickly. This is never a moan at them, they're just doing their job.
I'm now promised my item will arrive at the courier depot on Wednesday 29th January 2025. Ok, so I tell them if it doesn't arrive to them by then, I'm getting a full refund no questions asked. I don't care if it would otherwise arrive the next day, this is about principle now. I'd rather take my money elsewhere. Coincidentally I was messaged Thursday morning with confirmation that it had arrived at the depot and it will be delivered soon after. I checked the tracking information and it had arrived on Thursday, not Wednesday as promised, but again I was quite passed caring by this point.
Since then, I was given the delivery date of 3rd Feb and they delivered without issue today. The dressing table is sitting proudly in my bedroom feeling quite overwhelmed by it's journey to get here.
I wholly blame whomever is responsible for processing orders and delivering them to courier depots. I do not blame the couriers, the customer service people, or the storms.
This experience proudly takes the top spot of worst purchasing experience of my life. I have never waited so long. I bought my house in quicker time than it took to get this. I've bought a whole house full of furniture including sofas and beds and mattresses and wardrobes. I've been given regular email updates by other companies.
I will happily never return to this company to make another purchase. I will protect my dressing table and leave it at that. I hope I'm the far exception and hope most people have pleasant experiences. Thank you!

A great experience shopping with your company as there was no hard sell while looking around for a new sofa and delivery was excellent very helpful and carefully delivered will definitely buy whatever I need next as there is plenty of to choose from and good quality furniture
