We had no idea what buying a house in the UK was like, having moved into the country only a few years ago. Matt went way above and beyond to make sure we were taking the right steps and doing what was in our family's best interest. This included patiently explaining everything we needed to know, and what risks we should consider, at each step of the way. He even put our well-being ahead of his financial interest, asking us not to rush at a time when there was a lot of uncertainty in the markets. Nothing was too much hassle, no question was too silly for Matt. He made us feel reassured throughout the whole journey, not only being a friendly voice, but also acting with absolute professionalism and integrity at all times. And in the end he worked really hard to find the right deal for our mortgage, which was perfect for us and cheaper than any other quote we were given. Will certainly be coming back to Matt when it comes time to move again or remortgage. 5 stars don't do him justice!
