Great Website. Easy to navigate. I purchased a cashmere wrap for a birthday gift. Product was as described and didn’t disappoint. The staff texted me a picture of the parcel and it arrived the next day. Highly recommend for beautiful luxury gifts at reasonable prices.

Items were posted out that afternoon. Great service and some added gifts when delivered. Would highly recommend this company

"Never have I been treated so poorly as…"

Never have I been treated so poorly as a customer. Upon entering the rug room we were told by the owner to look freely at rugs and left us to to browse. We had JUST decided on 2 different sized rugs that we were about to purchase... Only then, he came back into tell us off (completely unprovoked, we were unaware there was any issue and were happily looking) for rolling out rugs to view them because we "couldn't roll them back up properly and it created too much work for him".

Did this happen only once? No! He left us standing there in shock only to come back and continue his angry rant. We were stunned, as was the other lady browsing. The owner should be ashamed of the way he spoke to us, he showed zero respect. It felt like an attack. I attempted to calmly speak to him; however, he kept talking over me and told me he was not interested in my opinion. Once we realised he was not capable of a calm conversation in his state, we walked out of his store shaken and upset (the other lady browsing also left after witnessing this).

I don't think our actions, the rolling out of rugs to decide on a pattern, was in any way unreasonable.

If the owner feels so angry about people rolling out his rugs to decide on a pattern, I strongly suggest he creates a different system for viewing them.

I always do my best to support small business - I have purchased many amazing things from this store over the years - but I will not accept being treated so disrespectfully.

The owner cannot treat people the way he treated us and not expect a bad review. I write this review with a heavy heart and with the hope that he thinks about how he treats people in the future.
