At first, the interactions were smooth and constant. However, the deliverables were of remarkably low quality: glaring typos, omissions, ignoring direct feedback. I had to send them back with detailed comments several times - reviewing alone took hours. Despite detailed feedback and specific requests, the quality improvement was very low. Other deliverables were late, feedback was again ignored, and the company simply stopped responding and failed to deliver the contracted products. None of what was actually delivered is useful without me putting in hours of work to fix the mistakes which had been highlighted at the beginning and never corrected. It’s been weeks without a response -requests to continue the work in the contracted products have been ignored. Refund requests have also been ignored.

Update: after 5 months of reviews and corrections (roughly every two weeks), the CV that Hybrid Research Center prepared for me was finally ready. Based on this experience, I decided not to move forward with other contracted deliverables (for which original versions had already been low quality and which would need a lot of my time and effort to get up to speed). Refund requests for this other service, based on the company’s high-quality guarantee, have been ignored.

Moreover, the company has repeatedly sought to have this present review removed. They claimed to Trustpilot that my review was not based on a real experience, and I had to demonstrate that it was to have it reinstated. More recently, they tried to “convince” me that my review was for another business. Be wary.
