"Unauthorized charges"

I told them to delete my account and cancel my orders. Week later I get charged 45 USD for the same order I told them to cancel. I go to livechat, they tell me to wait and open a ticket, waited 2+ hours now and still no response. The agent said 1-2 hours until I get response but that was clearly a lie.

Desaafortunada desición ,hacen actualizaciones de servicos en pleno día y horas laborales. Afectan el servico hata por 24 horas, eliminan correos y nadie responde. SI abres un ticket te dicen que todo esta bien

I have been working with Webhostingworld.net for a little bit over a month now, and I have been pleased with the service. Uptime is very good. It is the ideal web hosting for Wordpressers like me. They offer cheap web hosting and free domain names with packages. However, the customer service is not very helpful. I had an inquiry about my account and they were very slow, not offering any kind of useful assistance, only providing me with information that I already had. I would probably refer my friends to Webhostingworld.net because of its value and quality, and the customer service.
