My order has taken a while post-COVID as production is catching up, which is understandable. The only thing I’d suggest is putting more communication in place for customers to set realistic expectations.

Took almost three months to receive my order? (1 pair of bib shorts) I believe the only reason I even received my order was because I sent three or four emails.

Lead-times are too long, it seems to me there is no follow-up on pending orders. My husband has been waiting for his order for over a year and they only make promises to deliver and they don't. Hope they really get better soon.

I love the style of the brand but my order history is really bad. First order in year 2019 toke 4+ months to arrive. My dicember 1st 2020 order arrived on June 1st 2021, 6 months later ........ from bad to worst

I suscribed in August 2019 for standard tri registration way long before covid and never received anything up untill I fired a Paypal complain in December. I received a threatning email from Ben Haas giving me 24h to withdraw the claim (screenshot of it will be available in the Anti LTP FB page). After that, Paypal compelled them to send something so they sent only the racing kit (1/3 of items). Now that the case is closed, they no longer respond saying my kit was sent and further action from Paypal they reply sending the tracking number of the 1 out of 3 package they sent in December 2019 and I am still expecting a hat and a t-shirt to that day (May 2021). I must reopen the claim for a partial refund.

i placed an order with this company on May 10 2019, it involved custom artwork that was sent that day. In June 2019 I inquired as to where my order was and I was told the art department was waiting on my custom artwork so I sent them again, in July they replied and asked for them again. Now fast forward months later to January 2020 I get an email telling me that due to human error they just found my item and it would ship out the next day. never happened. my inquiring emails went unanswered. in June 2020 I was very lucky to get the personal cell number of owner Ben Haas. he promised me it would be completed that week and shipped that week he also offered me a $1000 gift card as an apology. never heard from him again, December 2020 i reach out again and just get more and more lies in response. its been a literal $hit show i have asked for a refund at least 100 times only to be ignored over and over again. this company is a 100% scam and I just want my money back now over 2 years later
