"AMAZING Custom Jersey!"

I ordered a pair of bibs and had to return them for a different size. I got a response quickly to process my exchange so I decided to ask about a custom jersey to match. I sent Ben a few ideas for a Looney Tunes jersey, and it turned out INCREDIBLE! The delivery time took a little longer than originally anticipated (2 months, instead of a few weeks) but once I got the jersey I understood why. The attention to detail is stunning, and the quality is top-notch. I am so happy I decided to go for a custom jersey and I love that I have the only one!

"I love these shorts for so many…"

I love these shorts for so many reasons. I think mostly I love the innovative design with the mesh on the bottom. It feels very retro yet modern and without a doubt stylish. I actually own four pairs of these shorts but let’s face it if they were not comfortable I would never have bought another pair. I live in Florida and even in the hot weather, these superbly made shorts feel great on a run. Besides high-end design, the Run Speed Shorts even provide a hidden pocket to put your key or phone. The fabric choices are so fabulous you’ll be the envy of all the runners on the course! Tres Chic🖤

"Hate Love The Pain"

It took months and many many emails to get what I paid for. Each email made different promises on timelines. And the quality is not very good. One jersey had a stain on back side. Neither looked like what the website showed. Zippers are boldly down the front in white taken away from the jersey look. Not what is seen on website.

Would never purchase again nor recommend anyone to do so.

The images on website are super nice but it’s not what I received. Yuck.

"Worst purchase experience ever!"

I had the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I placed my order in June of 2020 and only just now received it in February of 2021. Now I understand we were and still are in the middle of a pandemic. But I also ordered kits, and they were custom as well, from other small companies during this time and the communication and customer service was wonderful. One company offered to return my money because they said it was going to take more than 8 weeks to get my product. That is how you do customer service correctly. Love The Pain never once contacted me about what was happening with my order. Instead when I called them via phone, I was asked “how did you get this number”? “It is a number we have for our out of country customers”, he was polite and assured me my kit would arrive soon. This was back in July. All other communication was done via email and initiated by me. I would sometimes have to email customer service more than once before I received a stamped response telling me the same thing each time. When I asked for my money to be returned , I was ignored. Then when I finally got the kit the quality is not up to the price of $440. I have had better quality from other companies. Bottom line, I will never recommend this company to any fellow cyclists. I’m sorry I trusted them.

Follow up, the response to my review from this company shows just how arrogant they must be. Instead of attempting to make this right, they go on the attack. Really unbelievable. First of all you are not the only company doing custom kits out there. As I stated in my review I ordered from two others , both of which I had a good experience with. Then you state you have numerous emails to me, that is true, never said you didn’t. What I did say is that you never reached out to me , I always had to reach out first and wait several days for a cookie cutter response. Always saying the same thing. But you go ahead and keep patting yourself on the back for a job poorly done. I’m not your only bad review. There is at least one complaint about you with the BBB

"Incredible product, terrible service"

Incredible product, terrible service. I’ve ordered multiple times before, and every experience has been the same, this one in particular is not a “Covid” issue. It’s been 3 months since I ordered. I emailed to follow up and was told my item is shipping that day. It’s now been over a week since it has “shipped” and there been no tracking updates. This will be my last order with LTP.

(I received a response from LTP blaming me for not paying attention to the 8-12 week turnaround time, and then blaming USPS for the delay in shipping)... "With all due respect" to LTP, the only reason I placed an order is because I received an email stating that you have invested more into operations and could guarantee a 2-4 week delivery. Don't send that email if you can't do it. I took a chance on another order, because this current experience has happened to me multiple times - as well as numerous friends and basically everyone who has left a review here.

As for blaming USPS - they seem to have been able to get me the dozens and dozens of items I've ordered from other companies, so it has nothing to do with them.

Take responsibility for your terrible customer experience, apologize for the service (as opposed to passive aggressive responses), and take care of your customers.

"Better late than never; great quality"

Finally got my order I placed over a year ago, and everything fits great. Not exactly 8-10 weeks, but hey, I’m just happy I received it.
Fulfillment issues aside, the quality is great and everything fits wonderfully. The most recent/final time I spoke with customer service, there was a significant shift in responsiveness and willingness to help me and to make good on my order.
I suspect LTP may have gotten back on top of their orders and customer service practices, for which I am thankful.
