I had began to despair that they would never work properly and it would be a challenge every time I used the clicker whether they would open. Fast response to my initial call. Ollie and his assistant, who were both extremely polite and professional, came out promptly to replace gate motor.
The gate needed a little further attention and Ollie came to sort it within a couple of hours.
