Took my Ford fiesta to TLC Ford after 3weeks of garages being unable to fix the issue I was having (EGR) on arrival I was welcomed by Chloe who was very helpful and got my car looked at quickly, the lads were really helpful and reassured me the issues I was having were fixable (finally)! I was booked in a few days later but dropped my car at the garage the night before, the next day by 11:30 I had a message to say my car was ready to pick up all fixed and working again, if only I had know about this place when I first had issues it would have saved so much time and stress, I’m absolutely pleased with everything from start to finish including the price and the treatment I received when using TLC ford and I will be definitely using again!!
