Pakket nog niet verstuurd sinds woensdag en we zijn nu maandag erop, heel jammer want de dingen die erin zaten had ik nodig voor mijn vakantie die vandaag begint .

I do not like the fact that sometimes I don't get a notification by e-mail that my parcel is available to collect in the Pharmacy. It's too randomly. Sometimes I recieve an e-mail and sometimes I don't get an e-mail

"Missing delivery date and lengthy delivery"

The delivery date was not indicated in the command confirmation. Although I got timely reply to my enquiry about the status of delivery it still did not indicate the expected date/time of delivery. The chatbot could not help either. Finally the order arrived in five working days although it was on stock.
