Products quality is off the chart. I didn't expect organic or bar soap to do this much hydrating and cleansing. At the same time I looked and felt good. My hair is less frizzy and dry from the first wash. My face is feeling calm and clean. Happy I made the purchase.

My order arrived quickly however I received two travel shampoos in my travel kit rather than shampoo & conditioner. Contacted customer service and received a very quick response and they were able to send out a conditioner the next day which arrived in time for our holiday.
