Excellent service. Engineer arrived on-time and was friendly and professional. Final costs as originally quoted. I would highly recommend Jose & Blackler and will be using them again.

"Overpriced and Threatening"
Overpriced, poor customer service when the invoice was challenged, and the boss ignored our concerns regarding the invoice and instead sent us a threatening letter.
Jose and Blackler invoiced us £167 to replace a £15 actuator head. It takes 5 minutes to do this work.
The invoice they sent us had no breakdown of the cost, and when trying to understand how the cost can be so high I was ultimately met with threats of court action if I didn't pay.
This demonstrates a casual disregard for their customer's money. We will not use Jose and Blackler services for our properties in the future.

I recently had a full heating system installed by Jose & Blackler and I can't recommend them highly enough. Ethan Morrissey, the plumber who came to my home, demonstrated excellent workmanship throughout the project.
He was not only punctual but also very helpful in answering all my questions and explaining the work being done. The quality of his work was top-notch, and he left everything clean and tidy when finished. If you need plumbing services, I highly recommend reaching out to Jose & Blackler and specifically requesting Ethan Morrissey. You won't be disappointed!

After my boiler developed a fault on Friday morning I was expecting to be without heat and hot water for the weekend, Jose and Blackler were brilliant, managed to fit me in between other jobs and fitted a new part same day. All up and running again within 3 hours of me calling them.

"Excellent service - fast, reliable, caring"
I've used many individuals and firms over the years for various heating issues - breakdowns and servicing but my recent experience with Jose and Blackler deserved special mention.
Following a breakdown at my wife's grandmother's house, they went out of their way to get to the house (the engineer doing so between other jobs). The problem was diagnosed quickly and the office informed.
The office were in contact with me the whole time, providing updates and prices and a time when the engineer would return to fit the faulty part (which was first thing the following morning).
I could not fault the service by either the staff in the office taking the initial call, the engineer or the communication throughout. Made a stressful and difficult situation straight forward.
I've not used Jose and Blackler before, but I'll certainly be using them for all my bolier, heating and plumbing needs in the future!
