Our mum has Alzheimers & is in a care home so we knew we had to do a funeral plan on her behalf so that everyone knows her wishes when the time comes. All we wanted was a simple cremation, no fancy coffin ,one following car & all the fees included. I did an online comparison quote & was inundated with hard sell calls al of which were trying to sell me 'extras' etc. I then saw Not For Profit Funerals advertised , read their reviews (all of which were positive) & decided to give them a try. It was so easy, you start with a basic price & add exactly what else YOU want extra. I just filled in a form, got a price which was far lower than any others we were quoted. I had a follow up call from John who confirmed what we needed & he sent out a brochure, no hard sell at all. Once we'd decided it was the plan we wanted , I called John & it was all done over the phone. So simple. A few days later, the documents arrived , a copy for the care home too with everything listed. I had a call from Paul about a week later to check that they had arrived & to contact them should we wish to change anything in the future. When you are making plans for a loved one, you do not want to be pressurised into buying something you do not need, by doing it early we were able to make an informed choice in our own time without being overcome with grief . I would definitely recommend Not For Profit Funerals, they listened to what we wanted & delivered it without harassing me. Thank you

The customer service is excellent with the plan explained in straight forward language. The process is easy to follow and simple to compleat.
The operative I spoke to answered all my questions in full.
I recommend this plan to anyone deciding to have a funeral plan in the future.
