Site is easy to use, ordering is easy, order came in the expected time BUT carpets need to be wrapped in stronger transport materials AND packed with the carpet face inwards, one of mine came with the wrap ripped and an area of the carpet exposed and that part got a stain from dirt and dust during transport.
