I recently moved to the Charlotte, NC area and did not know what salon to go to. The only thing I use is GK products on my hair and I’m accoustomed to receiving “GK The Best” hair treatment! I went on GK website and sent an email asking for recommendations for a salon in the Charlotte area. Within minutes a gentlemen by the name of Brandon Foxx,
Customer Support Executive answered my email and made a referral to a certified salon!! I quickly made an appointment and the salon did an amazing job, the stylist was awesome! I will be going back, I think I found my salon home! I want to thank Brandon for all his help and quick response, this folks is what customer services looks like!!!!

"This company is not trustworthy"
This company is not honest when it comes to money and returning faulty products. They do not have UK full Address on their website.. It has been nearly six months when they agreed to refund my money but still no refund. I wonder how they get their good feed back.. Before you do any business with them just ask them how many managers, dealers and distributors they have gone through in UK. It will tell you know how this company works.
GK HAIR is a rubbish company please do not do any business with them. I am not imposing my opinion on anyone but I would like other customers or distributors to know my experience with GK HAIR.
There are many stories but I will tell you my recent story with them. Please read the following e mail.

It's been always pleasure to have distributors like you. Working with you has always been privilege and we never wanted to let you go. After all, our distributors are driving forces behind our success.
However, from the past sometimes, we have witnessed, there are number of people selling our products either over or under our pricing. In addition to that, these sellers have registered their websites using our trademark in their names, which is really unfortunate.
Since, we don't want to loose our sellers or distributors. However, at the same time, we can't let anyone to hurt or damage our brand's integrity too.
Although it's hard but we would not tolerate any such seller or distributor who is selling our products and that of using domain names against our trademarks.
We therefore would like to seize our operations with you and would request you to send us products back.
However, be noted that;-
In case of returning the products, Tibolli LLC, will not bear any shipment costs directly or indirectly which means you will be paying 100% shipment.
Products will be refunded with the same costs as you bought (including promotions) from us.
o Apart from this, to return the products, you will have to send us a whole list of products you want to return and original invoices that you have.
o Product will be paid just after we check in our warehouse if the products is good to sell or not
o Tibolli LLC, will not accept or refund any such product or shipment that comes without having original invoices.
Once again, we feel sorry to see you go.

They agree to take the products back from me and refund my money. I have sent them all the products. But I have not received my money yet. It took me a long time to get the return address from them. I sent them the products on Nov. 22, 2016. They received the products but deny it and asked for a proof of postage. When I sent them the proof of postage then they admitted that they received the products. It has been nearly two months but they claim that they have not checked the products yet. Today I called GKHAIR and it was a brand new excuse. They claim now the products were sent to a wrong warehouse and it is now sent to a correct warehouse and it is still not checked.
I spoke to the manager of UK . He said that it is not in his control and he cannot help.
They have gone through many dealers, distributors and managers for last 10 years in UK.
I deal with many other companies but I have not seen such a rubbish company that can lies so much for a little money. If you have any question then contact me on
