first time using the service, did not what to expect. The inner chat was useless and never got a response, however, all the kinks kind worked themselves out and it was all good, for that, I will give the service a 5 star experience.
The chat does need to improve and alert users appropriately though and provide a better follow up system and for that my final review is 4 stars
