I was pleased with the item and the price and how quickly it arrived. However, the pack it was in was a bit bumped on the edges and there was a price tag stuck on the back which was impossible to remove without using sticky stuff remover so, as a gift, it was slightly disappointing that it didn't look as spanking new as I would have liked.

Absolutely gorgeous little doll, our 4 year old granddaughter was over the moon with Iris! I know she is the first of many of these beautiful dolls. I cannot recommend Mamiina highly enough, the parcel was dispatched in lightening quick time & was very well packaged.
