Sarah went above and beyond for us, helping to source the very last of a discontinued floor line for us. We fitted some a while ago but due to damp had to replace a large number of boards and Sarah helped me to gather what was left in the UK from multiple warehouses and had it delivered to our door! She is absolutely lovely and so helpful. We really couldn’t have done it without her!

We purchased Vintage Oak Plank for our lounge and hallway. We were in a hurry and they managed to get delivery out next day just before Christmas. Very pleased with finished floor. Will definitely recommend!

A brilliant service with quick delivery. Expert help choosing a colour which suited the area we planned to have it. We chose Sandstorm White which was perfect.

"Ibrido hybrid herringbone flooring"

Purchased hybrid herringbone flooring from Ibrido in 2019-2020. Within 18 months the floor was breaking. Went to log a complaint with Ibrido and they asked for a form to be completed but I am glad I didn’t as I have heard others have complained about the product and got nowhere. Really poor quality for an expensive price. We are having to replace 28m2 of flooring. Stay well away from this product.
