"A bit of a mixed experience"

A bit of a mixed experience. I live in a EU country that's not in the list of delivery countries. I sent an email to the support to ask if it could be added but never got an answer (apart from the autoreply saying I'll get a response quickly). I contacted the support by phone but nobody answered. Then I sent a text. I got a rather cold response to it a few days later asking me to call and/or send an email instead. I called back but nobody answered. And my email is still to be answered… I let you judge the quality of the support.
Now, since I spent my holidays in France, and that is in the list of delivery countries, I thought let's try it anyway. The shipment was lightning fast. And I am very satisfied of the quality, look and feel of the clothes I ordered. Pricing was good too. But the most useful feedback would be in a year or two when all the clothes would have endured numerous washes, stretches, etc. to see if the quality is there. So we will see. But in the mean time, it's a shame I cannot order more and get it delivered home… in the EU (come on guys!)!

That is strange indeed! Please let me/us know when Slovenia becomes available (newsletter subscriber). In the mean time, why not give us the possibility to order anyway with a small extra fee?
I have indeed an Apple (@icloud.com) email account and contacted you from it. Your spamfilter really shouldn't block it…

Superlækre T-shirts, hurtig ekspedition og superservice da der manglede en T-shirt i forsendelsen.
Ja og så selvfølgelig hele konceptet for deres virksomhed og produkter.

Dejlig service - Jeg bestilte 3 T-shirts, men de havde pakket den ene forkert. Fik hurtigt svar og den manglende T-shirt leveret, og beholdte den anden som undskyldning for besværet. Det er kundeservice i verdensklasse - Alle kan lave fejl, men det handler om, hvordan man komme videre derfra. Klasse!
