I ordered the 12-case tasting box as a Christmas present. It arrived significantly later than advertised due to courier issues. I was contacted by the company to inform me of this, which was appreciated.

The box arrived in good condition and I did not open it until I came to wrap it, when I found that there were only 7 bottles inside. I informed the company and was told that it wasn't possible that this could have happened, and that the courier weight matched 12 bottles.

The strong implication was that I was not telling the truth and that I had some blame for not checking the package as soon as it was received. I appreciate that I should have done this, but I was working night shifts in the pandemic and Christmas shopping took a back seat.

While I appreciate I can not prove what happened, I was disappointed by the tone of the reply I received and upset at the lack of understanding and implication of dishonesty. I was also unimpressed that when I replied to the company response I received no further response at all.

Not a company I will buy from again, which is a great shame, as the cider we did receive was very nice.

very helpful when my order online was not acknowledged due to it not working, after an email and a phone call from Trudie, she took my order and delivered it to my daughters address in time for Christmas.

I have only tried 3 ciders I was cautious as when young had bad experience with cider so never had it again till daughter had one of these sorry can't remember name but omg it was most refreshing flavoured drink I've had in ages and was still no fizz which perfect for me so I brought rubhar and the peach one and love them to so I now have a drink I can enjoy from the 3 I have tried rubhar top of the lot

Don't bother with this lot at Leamington food a sham, waited for a best part of a hour for there brisket roll then told they had just run out but were more than happy to sell a sausage, which was very mediocre for £ 7 quid threw half of it away, I wouldn't be writing this if I hadn't bumped into a friend shortly after who said he waited for best part of a hour at the same stall to be told they had just ran out of brisket a hour and a half before me. People like these people who waste people's time trying to flog there overrated extremely expensive sausages on the belief they are getting something else but cannot be bothered chalk out the product that everyone's is after. Shame on you, don't come back next year we don't want you here or anywhere else. You have been warned people go elsewhere badboy no, con artists yes good luck with the lies

"Cider with attitude"

Much like the "craft beer" scene, craft cider has its high points and more often, low points. With most trying and failing to be different whilst being appealing taste wise.

Bad boy cider does fall into the latter thankfully. A great advertising gimmick coupled with some truly delicious fruit ciders (special mention to the Rhubarb cider and the blackberry and apple cider) make this cider maker stand above some others in the same game.

I loved the variety of flavours from my taster pack but my overall favourite was the Rhubarb cider, although I think that I might have to taste all the flavours again just to make sure. I think that your ciders are really good and refreshing and would recommend them to anyone who likes cider, many thanks for introducing me to your ciders and I will definately be purchasing some more very soon.
