The customer service was great also, I asked them all kinds of questions about their Cabins and they reassured me that I would be receiving only the highest quality for the type of Cabin wanted.

Turned up on time and once put together it looked fantastic.

"Great Bespoke Log Cabin"

Great Bespoke Log Cabin - they made it to order. I order some special bio folding doors - which meant a extra couple of weeks for them to come. The cabin was built without the doors then the install team came and fitted them 2 weeks later. This was not too much of a problem as I wanted to fit my hot tub! Looks great. Thank you Simon for all your hard work.

"3 weeks....so far.....to replace damaged parts"

My log cabin was delivered 3 weeks ago today. On unpacking, the delivery driver noticed one piece was badly damaged and unusable. He said it looked like fork lift damage. He took a photo and immediately reported it. I also emailed to report it the following day. Two days later while unpacking the remainder and with the cabin over half built, I found a further damaged piece and immediately reported it. I was assured that the damaged parts would be replaced. Despite having chased them a number of times, I have been fobbed off with, "we will let you know when we have a delivery date". After a final straw email last night I today received the following response: "Thank you for your email. I apologise in the delay in getting your replacement parts out to you. The cabin parts have to be manufactured and this is why there has been a delay. As soon as we have a date we will be in contact with yourself to arrange this".
After three weeks, I am no further forward. Without stating the obvious, if it has to be manufactured, manufacture it! I have a half built log cabin that I paid £5,500 for which is open to the elements and has been for 3 weeks.
I am completely disappointed with the after sales service and would never use or recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered a Bespoke log cabin, called to book delivery and install after about a month, I must say this is great they are coming back to fit my doors after I have treated it and moved my large items in. Well worth thanks very much ilikelogcabins I admit I certainly do.

Do not buy this .Very inferior materials roof boards don't fit felt is absolutel rubbish THE DOORS ARE TWISTED BEFORE YOU EVEN HANG THEM and the hinges eventually crack the wood I spent £700 rectifying faults

I've always spoken to helpful, friendly people when phoning iLikeLogCabins BUT that doesn't alter the fact that my cabin is way overdue and now I'm being told it'll probably be delivered on the 8th October? I ordered it on 15th August.. The 8th October will make it 54 days wait!!! What happened to 28 days delivery, which is what they are advertising their delivery time is. 54 days? now that is not good enough especially as we've paid out around £4000.00 for our cabin and roof shingles.. Even 54 days is not guaranteed..They tell me they'll "probably" have it in their warehouse by Wednesday, in which case delivery will be the following Saturday, 8th October..What happens if it isn't in their warehouse on Wednesday 5th? I am becoming more and more angry. !
