Just got a suit from Pal Joey with the help from Gary. Excellent service got me in straight away, can definitely recommend purchasing a suit from here.

Pal Joey were great! Their suits are incredible. Unfortunately I was able to find one that fit me as I'm tall and would need a Long in their sizing which sadly they don't currently do. But I did keep a couple of great tie sets and waistcoat chain. I look forward to Pal Joey one day offering Long sizes so I can buy one of their excellent suits!

"Horrendous service despite nice suit"

Ordered a suit for a work event. The suit came and was unfortunately too small (as despite it all I like the suit quality,) so sent back and immediately ordered the next size up.

I then received an email 5 days later stating that the new suit I had ordered was out of stock. I emailed immediately as I was now out of pocket. I was told to order another suit and the refund took 3 days to arrive, again understandable but when having to order another not ideal by any means.

I explained in the notes that this suit was needed for a specific day and I was running out of time having originally ordered well in advance. I was told to put a particular number in the quotes and give my name so it could be rectified as quickly as possible. In addition, I was told it would be shipped immediately and I would have free shipping. This was not the case as I was still charged and did not receive a refund.
The suit was ordered on the Thursday and did not arrive until the following Wednesday missing the event it had been ordered for. Despite the quality of the suit when it did come the whole experience and lack of care was embarrassing, I felt that there was no customer care at all and for attempting to be reasonable my concerns were ignored.

Simply avoid if don’t want a stressful and incompetent experience. I emailed to explain the event had been missed and I was only told it can be sent back with minimal apologies. Mistakes obviously happen, but every error was compounded and exacerbated with false promises.

Purchased a suit and the jacket & waist coat were a bit tight. Sent it back and received bigger sizes within 3 working days. Brilliant service and stunning suits.
