Expected on a Thursday but delivered by a person from several roads away on the Friday on his way to work. It had the right address and post code. Delivery driver must have put in the wrong post code. Also the large box was damaged but the chair was OK. Perhaps yodel need to take much more care!!!!!!!!! The item was better than expected in both construction and quality Thank you.

I am very plased with receiving an answer (that I made with my order) to my query on the same day, with receiving delivery the following day, and with the mirror packed so well that it got to continenatal Europe intact in my suitcase. Also, it was nice to see the signature of the person who packed my order (on the order details) - the only human detail in electronic on-line shopping! Thank you, Sam :) Aslo, a big plus is returns information - I will not need it but it provides a sense of security to all buyers.
