One elbow (very small package) ordered Monday 8th. Still no sign of delivery and it’s end of day Friday. I noticed they use Evri, the rebranded Hermes who changed their name because their service and brand are so bad.

Not good enough for a small part needed for gas work. Contacted Pipework Suppliers (one reply casually stating had been watching it and maybe it would arrive tomorrow) well that would have been today and it’s 8pm. As it’s Saturday tomorrow and Evri are still showing at depot, I hold out no hope.

Avoid Pipework Suppliers. They use Evri and so clearly have no understanding of quality service and sloppy in their own customer support. If you want to supply products that are typically needed quickly then step up and sort out your operations or don’t bother.
