The whole of the staff team engaged with us as soon as we walked thru the door. They were attentive, interested, some shared tips from previous visits of the holiday we were planning and there was a very relaxed feel to the place. Stu was prepared for us having explored various hotels and the staff that didn’t have customers joined in with researching alternative companies saving us a lot of time and resulting in us booking our holiday. My agent, Maxine was superb. Based on my original brief, she designed a good offer, and as we discussed it, she was immediately responsive and made small tweaks to better tailor the holiday for our group. We went away to think about it, and when we were at risk of losing our options, she called me on her day off to let me know. She had to call in some favours to get us the rooms we wanted, and we got the result we wanted! Smiles all round!
