Fast delivery -nice watches BUT -discount coupons made difficult to use on the website, photos are not great. You can only return a new watch if you never take the plastic wrap off. So you can't get to see it properly first. I would be very careful ordering make sure you know you want it. Overall they are also overpriced with todays competition.

"I bought a NORDSØ GLACIAL CYAN"

I bought a NORDSØ - GLACIER CYAN watch recently. It is a beautiful piece. It’s astonishingly accurate. It is very comfortable on the wrist. It has excellent luminosity and a ceramic bezel which also glows in the dark. Even the date window glows. The crystal has an anti reflective coating. All of these features are usually add ons you pay for. To top it off, it ships in a leather case which is in a presentation box. It is excellent value for its price point. I’ve actually corresponded with Henrik a couple of times. He’s very easy to talk to. I cannot recommend his watches enough. I’m very happy with my purchase.

"Unbelievably great quality and customer service"

I ordered a Vesterhav with a white dial as an emergency replacement for my Explorer II that had to have service done. I was going to use it in a wedding this weekend and was a bit stressed about the whole situation so I put in an order without noticing that the Vesterhav was on pre-order. I sent a message explaining my predicament and Henrik, the owner and designer of Henry Archer himself reached out and offered to ship the watch early!!! I received it in the nick of time and he totally saved my outfit for this weekend. I cannot express enough how great the customer experience has been with this brand and the watch itself is ridiculously good for the price. The finish, the details and the specifications almost puts my Rolex to shame, I am extremely happy with their product, and cannot recommend it enough!

If I could leave 6 stars I would. I purchased the Vesterhav blue dial. The finishing and quality of this watch is excellent. It keeps excellet time around +6 seconds a day. The bracelet also has on the fly
micro adjustments so I got the perfect fit. In my opinion the best watch on the market in this price bracket of €500. I would say superior to many brands of watches at 4 to 5 times the price.

I’m pleased with the communication that the manufacturer had with me. The watches arrived on time. They are amazing designs, elegant, excellent quality, and match the description and pictures accurately. I am truly pleased with my new watches. I got the Vesterhav Polaris Purple and the beautiful Sekvens nature (green). They look great and came well packaged and on time.

I have purchased two Henry Archer watches. Both watches are incredibly beautiful and well made. I most recently got the Aventerine Verden GMT. It is a work of art! Very well designed and so comfortable! Henrik worked with me to schedule the shipping date around my travel and work schedule. His communication and customer service are superb! I am very happy with my Henry Archer watches and I will certainly be buying more in the future.

I received my pre-order Akva on time and even better than I hoped! The watch is stunning, not to mention quite clever, and wears perfectly.

Recently purchased a Verden on pre-order. It is a beautiful watch reassuring me that HA deserve all the rave reviews they get.

The icing on the cake was the customer service. Despite being a microbrand Henry Archer are maintaining a customer service experience that exceeds that offered by many much larger and more established brands.

Voglio ringraziare particolarmente Mr. Henry, e farlo nella mia lingua madre per essere il più sincero e dettagliato possibile. Ho avuto un piccolo problema, con un suo orologio, ma causato dalla mia inesperienza con i diver e la ghiera unidirezionale. L' Azienda senza esitare, si è interessata di mandare a casa mia un corriere DHL in tempi rapidissimi, a ritirare l'orologio per ripararlo! Mi ha seguito in ogni minima procedura per la spedizione, per renderla il più veloce possibile. Ho consigliato gli orologi Henry Archer a molti miei amici, e li consiglio a quanti leggeranno questa recensione. Sono certo che in futuro avrò altri orologi di questo giovane, ma formidabile brand al quale auguro ogni successo. Grazie ancora Mr. Henry, sarebbe bello se Aziende blasonate seguissero il suo esempio ed avessero così tanta cura per i propri clienti. Se avessi potuto avrei messo più di 5 stelle!!!

Kunne jeg give mere end 5 stjerner, havde jeg gjort det! Hos Henry Archer får man en personlig og helt i top service. Jeg havde et mindre problem med lænken, hvilket blev løst på stedet, og jeg fik sendt en ny lænke med det samme. Udover top service får man også et produkt, som slår langt over prisklassen med detaljer, der efter min mening er uhørt til den pris. Jeg kommer i hvert fald tilbage igen.
