First order was a set of replacement lug nut covers for my 20 MSP with twin sonic wheels. The set of 5 came in about 4 days. My originals were black and I didn’t realize these were gray, so I ordered 15 more. I paid a lot of money for DHL 2-4 day shipping and it’s now 25 days later and still no product. I’ve asked for a refund.

I bought a "carbon fiber" spoiler for a ModelS. Really poor quality. After 1 year, it starts to have plenty of white stains and inside cracks... It feels like I have ordered it on Wish!
In your reply, you mentioned a replacement? Based on my understanding, I needed to drive by your offices so you can look at my spoiler, that’s it, but I do not want to drive 8 hours for this as I don’t live in NL.
I’m sorry, but my 1 star rating is because I’m outraged by the quality of the spoiler which I have never clean with anything else than water and it just looks awful, it’s supposed to be carbon fiber, so it was advertised as durable…
OK, maybe it's a misunderstanding. If that's the case, I will delete this review, but based on our email conversation, my understanding was that I had no other option than to drive to NL to show it to you.
