I'm actually editing this review which was done previously as I had to go back to zoomdoc with further documentation to be signed for my insurance claim.
All I can say is they were exceptional in everyway I cannot rate these guys highly enough so quick to respond and help me in what was a very stressful time AMAZING.

I was floundering, struggling to provide a medical certificate for my Thailand Visa. I had tried an alternative company and even a letter from my GP, both were rejected.
I had one day left before I was due to depart, so thought I had nothing to lose calling ZoomDoc.
The reception was polite patient and informative throughout, following a brief examination over vidio and the information required, sent over to them, the team at Zoomdoc knowing the urgency issued my health certificate immediately, I was able to upload the document and my visa request was approved… I was so happy
