I came to Chiefer Jewellery as I saw the shop only and was in the area looking for an engagement ring. I honestly did not think I would be able to find what I wanted within my budget, and just wanted to see the shop. Luckily, Nusaiba was able to work within my budget and provide me with exactly what I wanted. There was guidance throughout the whole process and really made it stress free. Within less than 24 hours, the bracelet was fixed and ready, and we were constantly updated on its progress. This level of communication and efficiency is rare and shows just how much they value their customers.

Ultimately, I went in thinking I would buy just two items for the birthday, but the experience was so seamless and enjoyable that we ended up leaving with four! The team even managed to meet a difficult deadline as I decided to bring forward the proposal by over a month.

The ring was made to the exact brief we agreed on & the CAD designs helped me visualise what the finished product would look like.
