We ordered an outdoor bouncy castle and indoor soft play set up for our son’s birthday at a venue we hired. Both were absolutely brilliant. I’d had to check a few things that the venue had asked before I placed the order, I did this by email and received quick and helpful replies. This is the second time we’ve hired from this company and will be using them again.

Ordered a bouncy castle for our daughter’s 5th birthday party. The bouncy castle itself was great and the kids loved it. Cream Castles were really organised and reliable, delivering and setting up the bouncy castle half an hour prior to the party and collecting upon completion. The man who delivered it was really helpful and efficient. Would definitely use again. Thank you.
