From start to finish PD RENDERING were excellent !! I got in touch through instagram and he called me back the next day. I arranged a survey the following day with Paulina the surveyor who came out and told me what was best for me. I told her how i wanted it. Kryspin got back to me and gave me a quote for the work which was fair and reasonable after 2days. I had a very long chat with Kryspin after he gave me the quotation and had a lot of questions about how things will get done. He was very knowledgeable with plenty of information, and made me feel comfortable and answered all my question. After that I decided the quote from PD wasn't the cheapest we received, but Kryspin gave me confidence that they would do a good job. Kryspin fitted me in very quickly and got scaffolding up the team and started within 5days once I signed the contract.
Robert and the rest of the team were on site and worked hard, paid attention to getting details right, and were friendly. They obviously take pride in their work, which is excellent. The end result is stunning, they help and recommended the colour but the final colour choice was mines and I'm very happy with choice I made. All the neighbours were knocking on the door asking for a contact number who did the work and praising the work, the quality and end product looked stunning and I highly recommend PD Rendering to everyone.

Kryspin measured up for our job - external wall insulation of a '30s detached house, and rendering a new single-storey extension - and gave us a detailed quote. He patiently answered all our queries about the products used, and clearly knew his business. The quote from PD wasn't the cheapest we received, but Kryspin gave us confidence that they would do a good job. The guys on site worked hard, paid attention to getting details right, and were friendly. They obviously take pride in their work, which is excellent. The end result is stunning, and we have a warmer house. I recommend PD Rendering without hesitation.

We are so happy with the work completed by PD Rendering! From start to finish they were attentive, competitively priced and listened to our requirements. They completed the job to perfection, placing everything back where it was and leaving the working area spotless. By the second week we already noticed a difference in house temperature and only the first layer of polystyrene insulation had been fitted. The finish was done to such a high standard. Would definitely recommend and have already done so to some people who have knocked and asked.

"I would like to share my experience…"

I would like to share my experience with PD Rendering, the company that was contracted to provide External Wall Insulation for my house. I signed a contract with them, but problems arose immediately, and the issues culminated with PD Rendering issuing a final invoice before the job was fully completed. There have been a series of errors on their part: cutting the fence without permission, using two incorrect types of drainage pipes(half square and half round which I have not seen in any house), placing pipes over my plants, painting the Virgin box without permission, damaging the wall lamp, and working on the drainage pipes that caused damage to the shower drain, leading to the flooding of the kitchen ceiling with the risk of short-circuiting due to water flowing near the light fixtures and the development of mould due to water infiltration, putting my family's safety and health at risk.
When I approached PD Rendering regarding these problems, they provided me with numerous excuses and reasons why they could not rectify the situation, and their most frequent excuse was "standard practice." They even charged me extra for work requested on a wall that is part of the house and wanted to leave it unpainted and for the adaptation of the rainwater pipe, claiming that these were not included in the initial quote. They also claimed that the fault with the shower was due to an incorrect previous installation. They sent someone to repair it after two days, but the repair was not done correctly, and they had to repair it again after about a month. Everyone involved in the work claimed that they had never seen this model of shower drain before.
Despite providing evidence of the issues, my complaints were met with unacceptable excuses and a refusal to address the problems effectively or take responsibility for the faults that were due to their negligence. There were numerous occasions when they did not answer the phone or emails. I was even told the following: "There should not be any communication with the installation team." They refused to refund me for the difference between the quote and the final invoice, as there was no other quote for the difference. I don't think it's fair to pay because they made a mistake and didn't measure and quote everything from the beginning. They also left the kitchen ceiling unrepaired/unpainted.
Overall, my experience with PD Rendering has been full of problems, and I would recommend finding a more experienced and reliable company to undertake any similar work, avoiding PD Rendering at all costs. I implore any potential clients to thoroughly research any company before engaging their services and ensure that they fully understand their obligations before signing any contracts.

I am extremely pleased with the work completed by PD Rendering. Having obtained four or five quotes they were competitively priced and the work covered for the price was more extensive than most. They did such a thorough job carefully removing any fixtures to the wall and ensuring everything was put back in perfect order. The lads worked hard and had the job completed in just a couple of days. We had the front of our detached house with a side extension fully rendered. Most importantly we were thrilled with the finished result and have already had numerous strangers knock the door to ask who completed the work! Fantastic, would highly recommend!

Got two of our properties insulated by PD rendering in the last four years, and blimey, they've done a smashing job. Both times, they were right on time and worked like bees. The houses are proper cosy now, and the energy bills have taken a nosedive. I can't recommend 'em enough, they're top-notch.
