Blunt Customer Service team was great. I contacted them for a first purchase discount code as I didn’t receive it and they got back to me swiftly. The colour of the umbrella was more of a pastel pink as opposed to blush like advertised however product is still great and well packaged. I’ve received a couple of these umbrellas as gifts in the past and very satisfied with how durable they are. Will highly recommend these blunt umbrellas.

The team just got on and did the job ! With an out of warranty umbrella no doubt the bottom of the priority pile I was really impressed with how responsive & friendly Jenna was to make sure I could get a repair done. And now we have MORE rain in Sydney this week could not be a better time to have both my Blunt umbrellas fully operational.

"Negative Customer Experience, paid more, got less"
I ordered a direct replacement umbrella like the one I've had for years prior. It no longer comes with the sleeve and only discovered this when it didn't arrive with one and had to dig into the FAQ's to find out why. (Paid more than last time, got less product)
Quality has also dropped, and the umbrella has a fault with one of the tips.
Emailed customer service to rectify these issues or arrange a return, and still waiting for a reply almost 1 month later.
*Update*
Blunt got back to me after I wrote this review and offered an acceptable solution to my issue.
Sadly that was 2 months ago and it still hasn't been actioned. Any email I've sent asking for an update has gone unanswered, and the customer service phone line has rung out each of the 10 times I've called over those 2 months.
*Yet Another Update*
Finally got an answer and parts sent to me, sadly this issue is still not resolved (but getting closer).
I was sent new caps instead of the tips :(
Have sent customer service another email and am hoping it doesn't take too long to finally be done with this issue.
