I initially ordered the wrong product model so I had a look on the website to see where I could find info on how to exchange or return it. The info was nowhere to be found so I used the customer service email to which I got no reply. I emailed again and eventually heard back on how to send it back for exchange. I sent the item back and heard nothing so I emailed again to follow up to which I am still waiting on a reply. The accessibility of any information has been really bad, as has their communication. I have no idea what's going on, where my product is or if it's even coming.. and no one to contact. Extremely frustrating experienc which is no going on a month...
