I have had my Blunt Metro Tile for years now. The cap covering the top of the umberella eventually broke off. Yes, the little plastic lugs finally fatiged and gave way after years of use.
Blunt unquestioningly sent out replacement parts at no cost. This, and the very helpful videos online have me hooked on Blunt forever now. Well done guys! I am so impressed, I have just brought myself another one - a nice big blue Blunt Classic for my own father's day. I will eventually buy a blunt for my whole, extended family (unless they buy one for themselves first).
