"1* for the UK PLF Code"

1* is about right, as both myself and my wife ordered the Day 2 antigen tests, and both of us received our UK PLF codes instantly, so that was actually rather good.

Tests never arrived though, so it’s a good thing that Test & Trace and whoever runs the UK PLF tracing are doing a worse job than these guys, else we’d be in trouble.

"The test result came back as "Unclear""

The test result came back as "Unclear". This is ridiculous, I am traveling often to Germany, done many tests and never had "Unclear" before. I will never buy again with Rainbow Labs.

"SCAM!! Avoid!!"

SCAM!!! SCAM!!
Ordered a couple of tests for Day2 and all came out as "Unclear".
We had already done numerous tests with many providers in the past and many were self swab like this one, all the results came correctly.
We are quite experienced in self swabbing like most of us by now and wonder if they are really doing the lab tests and blindly coming out as "Unclear" to buy more tests from them...Avoid at any cost.

"Paid for 6 tests on 30th of Nov"

Paid for 6 tests on 30th of Nov, contacted them as never received nor any documentation from Royal Mail. They claim RM tried to deliver on the 2nd of Dec which is just not true no note, no email, no text to say delivery attempted. I had to purchase more tests to travel on the 28th of Dec over 26 days since they claimed they sent but never got them. Asked for refund, no was the answer, disgusting man on the phone wouldn’t listen to me. I agreed to have tests resent and guess what??? now want to charge me a reshipping fee of £23 WTAF this is not legal. Reporting to ombudsman.

"Beware of this scam operation!"

This has been the most upsetting experience and incompetent company we have dealt with for testing. Avoid at all costs! To list what our experience; Test kits are not sent out on time. Some are missing. Tests don’t arrive back at lab as promised. One test was never given the result. Two tests came back inconclusive which by other firms is pronounced as very rare occurrence. The timings for returning test results is not adhered to. Email response was lacking and call centre does not have adequate response to issues. This company should not have been recommended by Which. I’m shocked at the utter disrespect, lack of procedure and ability to carry out what they charge a lot of money for. This is a total scam and this company should be shut down before more people hand over their money. I will be reporting this company to the relevant authorities and the ombudsman. I’m sure there are thousands of very angry customers out there. Avoid avoid avoid!

"Awful.."

Awful... they let me down and ruined my Christmas by closing their labs over Christmas without telling me. I had to pay for another test and I am still waiting for a refund.

"Pointless unless you live in London"

My partner and I were overseas for Christmas to spend time with family, after being unable to see them for over a year and a half. We'd ordered the Day 2 PCR Home Test in advance of our arrival back in Scotland and took the tests on the 2nd of January and posted them in our nearest priority mailbox. We followed all the instructions to the letter and made sure to 'activate' the tests, though we never got a confirmation e-mail of this.

It was impossible to get in contact with Rainbow Labs because once you get through the 'queue' on the phone, it just hangs up. The one time that we did manage to get through, it sounded like it was an Indian call centre. The person we spoke with was no help at all and they said that the address on the pre-printed label was wrong and that it should be sent to Mount Pleasant instead. I'm pretty sure that 'Mount Pleasant' is just a Mail Centre in London.

According to the Royal Mail Track and Trace, the tests weren't delivered until the 7th of January. On the 8th of January, my results came back as 'Unclear' and I've been advised to take another test or self-isolate for 10 days from the day after my test date. My partner's results thankfully came back as 'Negative' a few days later. Since we've waited so long for the results, we've already completed the isolation so we would've been better off not taking a test at all. It has been a total waste of money.

If you don't live in- or near London, I think it's best to avoid buying a home test kit from Rainbow Labs, because there is no way that you can rely on the expected delivery times.

"5 days so far waiting for the PCR day2 result"

I have sent a PCR test number back to you on Jan 5th, and you received it on Jan 6th 8.16am. Today Jan. 11th, midday, and I still don´t have the results. I have just claimed my money back, waiting for a reply.

"WARNING! Bunch of COWBOYS"

WARNING! Do not touch this lot with a forty foot barge pole. They did not send the test results for me or my family as they said they were not activated which is simply not true. COWBOYS.
